Hyundai in Salzburg:
All the German and Austrian dealers where invited by the Hyundai Motors Company to spend a weekend in Salzburg, one of Austria´s nicest towns. Essential part of the programm was a conference and car presentation with a following gala-dinner in the brandnew EM-Football-Stadium outside of Salzburg. This location was choosen dew to the fact, that Hyundai Motors is one of the main sponsors of as well the European Football Championship 2004 in Portugal as the World Cup 2006 in Germany.
The professional tent suppliers of RÖDER were asked not only to build a 30 x 65 m tent plus 750 sqm kitchen-tent in the middle of the stadium, but also not to do any harm to the artifical lawn surface there. The clou of this event - which was planed and performed by the well known event agency max.sense live marketing from Gross-Gerau, Germany in close cooperation with the RÖDER team for VIP-events - that in the afternoon all the visitors where lead into the tent for a conference through blinded walkways without knowing, that they were in a professional football stadium. Only at the evening show with car presentation and dinner party they learned, where they have spent most of the day.
