Champions League Final 2006 in Paris:
Even though this year’s Champions League Final in Paris enjoyed less of a media presence than in years past due to the FIFA Football World Championship in Germany, this event was still a remarkable highlight.
The large tents were erected on a training ground, which is situated on top of a multi-storey car park. This posed increased challenges for the Orgatent assembly team as the area was only suitable for vehicles with a maximum weight of 10 tons.
The setup and dismantling operation only lasted for a total of seven weeks, and it took 75 trucks to transport the tent material, heavy-duty flooring and decoration for the more than 11,000sqm of tent area.
